6. The new loan number were show up in a dialog box on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

This section shows system administrators how to add their credit provider login. This method is for brokerages that only have ONE login for the entire company.

If your brokerage has one set of credentials with your credit provider that everyone uses, follow the steps below.

  1. Select "Settings" on the main menu
  2. Select "Actions"
  3. Select the pencil tool next to "Credit Report"
  4. Select the "Contacts" tab
  5. Select the check box next to the credit provider you work with.
  6. Make sure the credential source type is "company"
  7. Enter your company's credentials
  8. Select "Save Changes"
  9. Select "Credit Report"
  10. Select "Activate Action"
  11. Select "Save Changes"

If each loan officer at your brokerage has their own credentials with your credit provider, follow the steps below.
