How to Import Your MISMO 3.4 File
1. Select "Pipeline" in the main menu
2. Select "Import"
3. Make sure the Lender, File Format, and Branch are correct.
4. Select the file(s) you would like to upload by either dragging and dropping or by clicking the the "select files(s) from your computer" link.
5. Select "Import New Loan"
6. The new loan number were show up in a dialog box on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
7. Select "Search"
8. Click the loan number of the loan you just imported.
How To Register A Loan
1. Select the "additional tab".
2. Select the "income verification type" that matches your loan product.
3. Select "Register Loan with Lendz Financial".
4. Select the product type.
5. Select the price.
How To Submit A Loan
1. Make sure the completed checklist and any required documents associated with your loan program are uploaded to the file you would like to submit. (See the "Checklists" tab on the Wholesale Resources page to find the applicable form).
2. Select "Actions"
3. Click "Submit to Lender"
How To Order An Appraisal
Option 1:
Locate the actions menu and select "Request for Appraisal" in our LOS and follow the steps in the video below.
Make sure to include the contract for entry information: Name, Phone Number, and E-mail Address.
Option 2:
Sign up with one of the AMCs below and order the appraisal yourself.
How To Upload A Condition
1. Expand the "Documents" Tab.
2. Select "add new documents".
3. Select the one or multiple files.
4. Label the document(s) type and name.
5. Select the condition you would like to attach the document to.
6. Select "Add New Documents" to upload the documents.
How To Fix:
The First Time Homebuyer Error On Investment Loans
1. Select "Loan Application"
2. Select "Declarations"
3. Select "Edit"
4. Press the radio button on line "A. Will you occupy the property as your primary residence?"
5. Press the radio indicating that the borrower has had ownership interested in the last three years.
6. Specify the type of access.
7. De-select the radio button on line "A. Will you occupy the property as your primary residence?"
8. Information regarding the type of property owned should remain.

4. Select the "Contacts" tab

6. Make sure the credential source type is "company"

8. Select "Save Changes"
