Bank Statement Income Services

Let us calculate the income for you!

Upload your bank statements using the form to the right for underwriter approved income calculations.

You will receive your income calculation in 48 hours or less.

This calculation is done by an underwriter and is considered an “official” income calculation. 

If nothing changes between this income calculation and closing, nothing changes.

If new information is brought to light – updated bank statements, ownership % change, etc. – that will get factored into the final income calculation. 

Each bank statement income calculation report includes an expiration date just as an underwriter includes expiration dates on their underwriter findings.

The first income calculation is the income used is if no large and/or unusual deposits are sourced and explained.

The second income calculation is the income used if the large and/or unusual deposits are sourced and explained.

In some instances this number may be the same if no unusual deposits are made.
