Standard Doc program, also knows as a Full Doc loan, follows conventional income verification guidelines. Borrowers demonstrate theirability to repay by providing standard documentation such as W-2 forms, pay stubs, and 1-2 years of tax returns. This program is oftenideal for borrowers with a stable employment history and verifiable income who seek competitive rates and straightforward underwriting.

FAQ
Can the borrower qualify with a gap in employment?
Yes. Underwriters will review the circumstances of the gap. Usually, a gap under 6 months isn’t an issue if a borrower can show stable employment history prior to and after the gap.
Do debts need to be paid off to qualify?
Paying off or reducing certain debts can help a borrower qualify for a higher loan amount.
Can gift funds be used for down payment?
Gift funds are permitted up to 100% for down payment, closing costs and reserves.
